Growwr
I built the entire talent dashboard for the first version of Growwr, an AI hiring platform that connects vetted African talent with global work, and collaborated across the rest of the product.
DeprecatedGrowwr has since been redesigned. This case study covers the talent dashboard I built for the earlier version of the platform.
The problem
Talented people in Africa lose global work to payment barriers and hiring bias. Growwr vets talent with AI and handles projects and payouts end to end, and the talent side needed one place to manage a profile, find work, track milestones and get paid.
